(D&A) is a full service professional engineering firm providing civil and geotechnical engineering, land surveying, land planning, construction materials testing and inspection, environmental consulting and landscape architecture. Our staff of professionals operate out of seven strategically placed office locations in Michigan, Indiana, and North Carolina to quickly meet the needs of clients, contractors and agencies throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
